About Me
I have been interested in complementary therapies for over 25 years and I am qualified in massage and iridology. I also have a degree in Anthropology which I gained at University College London in 1992, where I first enjoyed the benefits of hypnotherapy, gaining confidence in presentation skills after just one session. Subsequently, having seen just how effective it has been on friends and colleagues, I decided to study it in depth in 2003.
I gained my diploma in Brief Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with Uncommon Knowledge Ltd at Brighton University and was selected to be a Supervisor and Mentor on their 2005 Diploma Course.
I have a very down-to-earth approach which takes into account the latest research in psychotherapy, biology and the mind-body connection. I am also a qualified EFT practioner, which could be described as a combination of hypnotherapy and acupressure, which can complement hypnotherapy extremely well or be used on its own with excellent results. (Please see link on EFT for further details).
I am a qualified HypnoBirthing Practioner and HypnoFertility Therapist.
